Characteristics of Low Nitrogen Burners in Methanol Fuel Incinerators - self recycling burner

Characteristics of Low Nitrogen Burners in Methanol Fuel Incinerators
1. Reliable functionality
Strictly follow the requirements of safe operation, carry out pre blowing, automatic ignition, low fire operation, flame monitoring, post blowing, and full process automatic operation. Based on the characteristics of methanol fuel combustion, select highly sensitive flame detectors and adopt automatic shutdown measures to ensure full process monitoring of the combustion process.
2. Compact structure
Using today's advanced body design to make the entire machine compact and ensure better incineration efficiency.
3. Stable and reliable functions
In response to the corrosive characteristics of methanol incineration, a highly corrosion-resistant methanol specific centrifugal pump and solenoid valve will be used to ensure the long-term stable operation of the incineration function. The flame detector monitors the flame throughout the process.
4. Good coordination of alcohol and gas, high incineration efficiency, and environmental protection
The burner will use an electric damper instead of the original hydraulic damper to fully mix the combustion air and methanol fuel to obtain a satisfactory fuel concentration field. The swirl and residual air distribution can keep the temperature inside the combustion chamber stable, and the smoke exhaust is clean, with minimal environmental pollution, thus achieving the true "zero emission" effect.
5. Convenient installation and repair
The burner is equipped with a sliding flange. On the short air supply pipe of the burner head, simply fix the flange on the furnace and adjust its position. The burner will be designed with full consideration for daily maintenance needs, and vulnerable parts will also be easily removed, cleaned, repaired, and replaced.
