FGR technology can achieve ultra-low nitrogen emissions. However, in the low-nitrogen transformation, the installation cost of FGR technology is high, the pipelines are complex, and the boiler output is affected (generally 10-20% of the boiler output is reduced), and the combustion efficiency is low.
FIR technology
FIR technology, is not external facilities and additional equipment, also do not use full premixed surface combustion technology, through its own burner can reduce NOX emissions, to achieve less than 30mg/nm3 combustion emissions, suitable for ordinary water pipe or fire tube boiler structure.
