Precautions During Startup Of Low Nitrogen Burner - self recycling burner
Precautions During Startup Of Low Nitrogen Burner
During the use of low nitrogen burner, if you want to give full play to its normal combustion effect, you not only need to have a correct grasp of the normal installation and operation methods, but also need to have a lot of accumulated knowledge of many details, such as a detailed understanding of the precautions in the start-up process, which is also very important.
1. For the newly installed furnace body, carefully check whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner before commissioning; Check whether the detection instrument on the air supply pipeline is normal, whether the opening and closing of pipeline valves are normal, and whether it is convenient for future use and maintenance.
2. For newly installed pipelines, carefully check the installation reliability and sealing of all pipelines.
3. Users using separate gasification stations shall ensure that the gas supply volume and gas supply parameters meet the combustion requirements.
4. The operator shall carefully read the equipment operation manual and be familiar with the operation knowledge and methods that briefly describe the shortcomings of low nitrogen burner.
5. Check whether the gas valve is opened before each startup, otherwise the burner will not work.
6. Start the power control button on the control cabinet, and the digital display meter will display the current furnace temperature, which is the ambient temperature of the newly installed furnace body.
7. Start the fan control button, and the fan installed on the furnace body will work. At this time, if the fan is damaged, the control cabinet will automatically protect against the next step of operation.
8. When the combustion supporting fan works normally, start the combustion control button again, and then the combustion program controller starts to work. It conducts ignition, air supply, flame detection and other procedures through a certain program to achieve normal combustion.
9. When the combustion controller receives signals that are not conducive to combustion (such as ignition failure, unstable air pressure, circuit problems), the combustion controller will immediately shut down the gas and send an alarm signal.
10. If the combustion controller gives an alarm, it can continue to work only after the fault is solved and manually reset by the operator.
11. For the operation of the whole equipment, the operators shall refer to the furnace operation procedures and production process requirements.
12. When the control temperature needs to be adjusted according to the production process requirements, the operator shall refer to the manual of intelligent numerical control meter for adjustment.
Startup is an important work before the formal operation of low nitrogen burners. If it is not done well, it may lead to the equipment being unusable and losing its use value, which is very serious. Therefore, the operator must refer to the above contents to correctly start it, so as to ensure that it can start up smoothly and operate efficiently.
